Kinesiology Foundation Course

The foundation course is generally taught over 6 weekends (or equivalent)

This course is suitable for:
Complete beginners to natural healthcare who want tools and techniques to help themselves, their own friends and family.

Practitioners of other modalities who feel they would like to add muscle response testing and kinesiology techniques to complement their existing modality.

At this level practitioners would NOT be able to call themselves a Kinesiologist.





The foundation course is suitable if you are:
  • Interested in health and wellbeing
  • A complete newbie to natural health
  • An existing practitioner wanting to add manual muscle testing as a protocol
  • Nutritionists wanting client compliance
  • Homeopaths wanting a diagnostic tool
  • Parents, teachers, community workers
  • Chiropractors, Osteopaths wanting to use muscle response testing in clinic
  • Individuals wanting a career change through to diploma level
  • Personal development / CPD
  • Wanting some time out for yourself

The foundation course is generally taught over 6 weekends (or equivalent).

There will be case studies to complete each module, a final practical assessment and written paper.

The course enables learners an opportunity to decide whether kinesiology is suitable as a vocation or career/profession.


This is what you will learn on the foundation course


Cost: £1,450 - £1,350 if paid in full

£350 deposit (non-refundable)

followed by 5 payments of £220 per weekend

Venue : Bracknell minimum of 2 students on the course to be viable.

Intensive training is also available and can be arranged on an individual basis at a cost of £1600
comprising of 7 days intensive training,1 day per month over 6 months (or sooner). (maximum 2 students per course) One to one training is available (a volunteer would need to be available to practise on).


Continuation onto the Diploma Course Venue : Bracknell, Berkshire

(dates to be confirmed 2026/2027) one weekend for 11 months plus practical and theory exam time
(1 year completion for the course)

Total £4,950

Payment in advance £4,500 (saving £450)

Deposit of £750 (non-refundable) followed by 10 x £420 on modules 1 - 10
